As a Jacobite Prince in America, I assert my sovereign right to establish the organization known as the Sovereign Order of Axiom Knights. This right stems from the divine heritage and the ancient House of Stuart, York, and Balliol claims in international law. While the United States of America is now a separate nation, my claim as a Jacobite in America carries its obligations to the heir and successor of the House De Brus, a branch of the ancient House of Stuart.

Through the Treaty of Utrecht in 1707, a rule of public international law emerged, requiring a prince or princess to renounce rights of succession upon marrying into a foreign royal family. As the United Kingdom is now considered foreign to the United States, the current UK royal family would need to renounce any claims. While there may currently be a wall between the State and the Crown in America, I believe that my royal rights cannot be interfered with or taxed, as they are derived from the Divine Rights of Kings.
